Now with the elections done and dusted its time for the real work to begin. Better service delivery that was promised to the people and job opportunities among the the large number of unemployed people in the country.
With the results of these elections it seems the ANC is getting a bit of a run for its money. Even though they have maneged to gather good results but they still lost a few of their municipalities to the DA, which could be good thing for our country as a whole because now every political party will be on they toes try to convince people that they are the ones to lead the country.

IFP winning at Nkandla one situations which came as a shock to many South Africans. The IFP has been one of the biggest parties in the Kwa-Zulu Natal province for years but certainly no one could have predicted them winning over a place where the presidents homestead is situated. 

Good competition is always healthy and i have a feeling we are about to witness that in politics. Some political parties may have to enter into coalitions in order to win over some municipalities. now this means people or parties rather, with different policies coming together on providing service delivery. After all all political parties should have one thing in common and that is taking care and providing for the people of South Africa

A Life of purpose

 Okay I probably don’t even know what I’m talking about but I just feel there is a lot to be grateful for in life. We a generation that lives in a society that complains almost about everything, its either about what you don’t have based on what your peers have (how broke or poor you are, How underpaid you are, How stressed you are, How the load of work is) we get so caught up in this feeling of complaint that we cannot spot one good thing that comes our way. When was the last time you actually took your time and said “apart from all the things that are not going the way I hoped I’m grateful for what I do have”? And focused on all the good you got going in your life. Ive always felt every situation has its pros and cons but seemingly people only tend to focus on the dark side of everything, I don’t know but maybe it’s because everything bad situation Ive come across something good always come from it at some point.

 

I have always felt that different individuals have their own meanings of everything, believe it or not MY white maybe black (I’m just saying), but truth is as an individual you yourself, you the only person that can understand yourself to the fullest, so living to impress the people around you is totally useless. One way or another the same people you trying so hard to impress that you even lose your identity and yourself are the same people who will go out of their way to find something they will judge you with. End of day you start asking yourself why not just do what makes you happy initial and the people who really want to be part of your life will remain in your life.
